Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

  • You must provide proof of purchase (your order confirmation)

 

 How to Return an Item

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team at info@cherievale.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Pack your item securely. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so you can follow your return until delivery to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether it’s eligible for a refund.


Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • We’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

  • Exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment.
